Novice rowers should not go past this boundary, a line between the Sausalito Sewage Plant and Peninsula Point (aka Belvedere Point).

A novice is defined for this purpose as a rower who has not taken the Rough Water Rowing Course.

We just don't want rowers to get into more trouble than they can handle.
