Sunday February 18 through Sunday April 8. First Information Session: Sunday, February 18 at 10:00, everyone welcome – you can decide if you want to join us after the meeting. Two weekly sessions: Sundays and Tuesdays.

Race Training Strategies

Planning and tracking your training and conditioning, working with training partners, nutrition, stretching, tapering.

Racing Strategies

Race starts, steering, rounding marks, pacing, passing, racing rules and etiquette.

Technique Coaching

Stoke analysis, review of technique with video.

Learning the Course
