April 18th: A rower at the end of the channel near tip of Belvedere just got a lovely shower!

From my vantage pt it appeared he might literally been caught in the spray. He should have a tale to tell when he/she arrives at the dock. Now a double is headed on a direct course for more of the same!

PS: the double was close, circled around passing over the area but missed the next spouting. The show continues in the same location. The sun lights the spray for all to see....again she blows.

On several subsequent days other rowers have seen a (the?) whale. Your webmaster saw a whale at about the same location on the 27th. Dan Alexander got the following two photos on April 30: first the whale with Mt. Tam in the background then Joy Jamgochian with San Francisco in the background.
